SpeedHome Landlord Referral Program 2022 🏘️

SpeedHome formerly called SpeedRent is having a landlord referral campaign in a bid to increase awareness of their app and users.

I've used Speedhome 2 times already on the same property and have good results renting the property out within a month.

Basically how it works is you open an account, start listing your properties for rent.

SpeedHome services is available in Klang Valley and Johor Bharu now. For listings out of these areas, SpeedHome will just connect tenant with landlord but without the Speedhome services like property viewing, key submission etc.

SpeedHome is aiming to be a one stop solution to busy landlords by trying to make it hassle free for owners. Their services includes :

viewings, key handling
agreement and stamping
tenant screening
chat system (chat with tenant directly)
automated payment collection (from Tenant's credit card)
rental payment reminders to tenant

From the tenant point of view there are following benefits

no need to pay deposit
chat system (chat with landlord directly)
pay via credit card

One item interesting is the tenant screening features which Speedhome does, it adds more confidence to the landlord by using CTOS/RAM reports..bank statements, some of these documents which the casual landlord normally do not ask for.
