Stashaway Malaysia's 1st Robo Advisor Invite Referral Code Link www.stashaway.my/referrals/jonoav - jonoav
Robo advisors is a generic term use for software that automates and invests money for you.
Stashaway is the first Robo advisor Platform launched in Malaysia (Securities Commission registered company).
The founder is formerly Zalora CEO.
The application can runs on web and mobile (IOS and Android).
Don’t bother going to their website to sign up for waiting list. It is just bogey. I signed up using 10 emails and non of the emails got any invites. The website is currently only getting users via referrals.
Top ups can be done using interbank GIRO (instant transfer not working), JomPay. After payments are done, Stashaway will email the status of the payment.
JomPay is my preferred option as it is faster. Only need to key in the biller code and reference. It will treat stashaway like your electricity and water bills
I started off with a test account of RM400, got some very small gains but it dipped back due to foreign exchange. Few days later goes back into the black RM401. Anyway, this is not meant to say this is a get rich quick trading system, it is supposed to be long term as the rebalancing and repurchase are all done by robot software, so you're not required to keep checking the total portfolio amount every single day to maintain sanity.
Stashaway's management philosophy seems mirror legendary investor Ray Dalio. Their portfolio sometimes looks like Ray Dalio's all weather portfolio.
For investors who are more conservative and want to have possibly higher than fixed deposit returns can consider Stashaway's new money market product called Stashaway Simple. I did a blog post on it here.
