AxisREIT predominantly is in industrial space. Unlike office space, the industrial space is still able to hold out because of the rise in ecommerce which grows logistics and warehouse industry, the space that AxisREIT is in. The other thing I notice about AxisREIT is they are modernizing industrial building spaces so that it also has got a comfortable and pleasing aesthetics element. Unlike 10 years ago, where warehouses and industrial spaces were just boxes of ugly concrete, today's workers are more demanding.
