Majlis Perbandaran Sepang (MPS) gave out large umbrella after paying cukai pintu (assessment). Paid it all at their Cyberjaya offices. The umbrella's are not those skinny MrDIY ones.
Cukai Pintu is a form of property taxes that is paid to the local council. Failure to pay this tax can result in jail term.
I guess that's one of the advantage of paying these type of taxes offline.
