Ekovest is veteran player in Malaysia's construction scene, juggles building bridges and creating vibrant homes. In the company's 2023 AGM, Ekovest rewarded shareholders who attended the event with RM20 food voucher which can be used at their subsidiary artisan bakery company The Loaf. The Loaf has outlets in IOI City Mall, KL East Mall, NuSentral, EcoGrandeur, Penang Hill and Langkawi. Interestingly, the bakery was reportedly formerly a venture between former Malaysia prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir and Motoko Resources from Japan, which Ekovest eventually bought over and revived the brand through their F&B subsidiary Duke Dinings.
